With the nature of the age of our products, occasionally there maybe some crazing and wear and tear. We do our very best to make you fully aware of any imperfections in the product shots. We do feel in some cases that this is one of the benefits of buying a re-used product and that it has a story to tell.
All Products on this website are delivered from the UK.
All Products are subject to availability.
In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as possible and shall refund your payment in full within 14 days.
We accept payment by We accept all major UK debit and credit cards and PayPal. Once you have gone through to the checkout, you will be asked to confirm that to you agree to our terms and conditions.
At the moment our delivery service is only within the UK.
Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. Orders received on Sundays or bank holidays please count on from the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
Please ensure that you have included your full address details, including your correct postcode.
Our delivery service is provided by Royal Mail and Interlink Express.
Whilst we agree to ensure delivery on the requested delivery date, in very occasional cases delivery on the requested terms may not be possible. In such cases you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall refund your payment in full.
In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the client shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
Please note that we are only responsible for delivering against signature to the address you quote (or an immediate neighbour if no one is at home). Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
If there are difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we will contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form.
Orders may be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of the order being made, please call us on 01284 828240.
Refunds & Returns
If you would like to return your order, you have up to two weeks from receipt to do so. Please call us on 0560 3422930 and we will arrange collection. The money will be refunded into your credit/debit card account within two weeks, less the delivery charge.
