Knoll Bertoia Diamond Chair

The diamond chair was designed by Harry Bertoia in 1952, as part of the wire sculptured lounge seating. Bertoia worked closely with Knoll to make sure his designs were produced faithfully to his exacting standards. Bertoia went on to win designer of the year 1955, USA. Certificate of Merit, American Institute of Architects. And Design Center Stuttgart Award, Germany, in 1962.

Knoll was founded in 1938 and are still recognized internationally for creating furnishings that inspire, evolve and endure. As a design leader worldwide, Knoll have over 40 pieces in the permanent Design Collection of The Museum Of Modern Art New York.
